Our Training Program
Kelly offers Training for Equines and their handlers or riders. She can work with long term and short term goals in a range of disciplines including hunt seat and western pleasure, horsemanship, arena trail & extreme trail, halter and showmanship. She offers you and your equine companion a fun approach to learning new techniques for today's modern horsemen. Safety is always number one and technique improvement are the common goals for horse and rider. She does not treat every horse or handler/rider is the same, and will make it a positive learning experience every session, whether it be training a colt to ride, teaching a handler showmanship skills, or brushing up an older horse with issues. I try my best to show steady improvement and positive reinforcement to make your horse a pleasure to work with and your experience the best it can be.
Full Time Training with Full-Care Board....................$700.00/monthly
Includes: Orchard Grass Hay 3x daily, Alfalfa pellet/Oat Mix with Equerry's Supplement, daily arena turn-out and a 12x12 stall and 5 training sessions weekly. This price also includes a weekly demonstration or lesson when scheduling is available.
Horses in Training and Advertised For Sale..........$750.00/monthly + 10% of sale price of the horse

Clinics....................$500.00/10:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour lunch provided
Clinic with Kelly Kauffman-Cole. Base priced clinic to be held at DCS facility up to 10 students at a time includes lunch meal and soda or water beverage.
Private Lessons....................$35.00/hourly
One hour private lesson on your horse
Semi-Private Lessons....................$25.00/per person
One hour semi-private lesson on your own horse, priced per person
